Our Team

Katelyn & Alec Martino
Co-Founders
As a speech-language pathologist, Katelyn had always dreamed of building a brand that would give back to the community where she was raised. Her vision was to create a space that valued its team, empowered families, and engaged children in meaningful ways. Most importantly, she wanted to raise awareness about communication disorders and establish a lasting resource for children and their families.
Her husband, Alec, brought years of experience in sales and management to the table, equipping him with the tools to help turn their shared vision into a reality. With Alec’s energetic, people-centered approach and Katelyn’s deep passion for speech therapy, the two founded Simplicity Pediatric Therapy in 2021.
As parents to two young children themselves, the Martinos understand both the challenges and the joys of raising a family. Their personal connection to the special needs community continues to bring purpose and fulfillment to their work, and they remain committed to expanding access and support for families for years to come.
